APRICOT OAT-NUT SNACK MIX

3 cups rolled oats
2 cups oat bran
2 teaspoons cinnamon
½ teaspoon nutmeg
1 cup walnut halves
1 cup almond slivers
½ cup raw sunflower seeds
5 tablespoons vegetable oil
¾ cup honey
1 1/3 cups Apricot Fruit Logs, chopped
¾ cup raisins

Preheat over to 325 degrees.
In a large bowl, combine rolled oats and next 6 ingredients: toss well.
Drizzle oil over mixture and toss until coated.
Drizzle honey and continue tossing until well coated, mixture should be clumpy.
Spread mixture evenly over two cookie sheets.
Bake for 20 minutes in pre-heated oven.
Remove from oven and stir with wooden spoon mixing well.
Bake for 30 more minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
Return mixture to bowl, add Fruit Logs and raisins.
Toss gently and cool.
